Shipping policy

Domestic UK Mainland Shipping

Free CO2 Neutral Shipping is available for orders over £50 under 2 kg and £3.70 for orders less than £50. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.  

Orders heavier than 2kg cost £6.90

Shipment processing time

Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the next working day; otherwise, they will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed in shipment, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a Royal Mail Tracking link.  

Customs, Duties and Taxes for International Shipping

Sparkly Tails is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

At Sparkly Tails, we are committed to your satisfaction. While we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we are here to support you. If you have received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will assist you throughout the process to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
